1) Scope
These Terms govern your access to and use of ThaiToMatch (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
ThaiToMatch is not a dating app. It is a private connection platform designed for real travel to Thailand.
2) What ThaiToMatch is (and is not)
ThaiToMatch allows travelers to publish a limited-time profile that can be viewed by registered Thai women. Women may express interest at their sole discretion.
Important
- No guarantee of contact, response, or meeting.
- No concierge services and no organization of meetings.
- No escorting and no paid companionship services.
- ThaiToMatch acts as a technical intermediary providing a secure connection window.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Travelers may create a profile only within 8 days before arrival in Thailand. Travel verification details (such as flight information) are required to reduce fake profiles and wasted time.
ThaiToMatch may refuse access, suspend, or remove any profile at its sole discretion for safety or compliance reasons.
4) Pricing & payments
Creating a traveler profile is free.
Activation is a one-time payment (39€) for the traveler’s active travel window. It is not a subscription, not recurring, and not pay-per-contact.
Payments are processed via PayPal, SEPA transfer, or Viva. ThaiToMatch does not store full payment card details.
No refunds
Because activation unlocks platform access and filtering, and because ThaiToMatch cannot guarantee any interaction, all payments are final and non-refundable.
5) Women decide first
ThaiToMatch is built around consent and safety. Travelers cannot browse women or contact anyone by default. Women decide if they want to show interest first.
ThaiToMatch does not encourage pressure, harassment, or bypass attempts. Any abusive behavior results in immediate removal.
6) WhatsApp & contact rules
Phone numbers are never displayed on the website. Users cannot copy or scrape contact details.
If a woman grants access, ThaiToMatch provides a temporary server-side redirection to WhatsApp. Access is typically valid for 48 hours and can be revoked at any time by the woman.
Any attempt to bypass these protections or to obtain private contact details without consent leads to immediate banning.
7) Content & conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to behave respectfully.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual coercion
- No impersonation or false identity
- No attempts to scrape, extract, or bypass platform protections
- No illegal activities
Zero tolerance
Violations may result in removal, permanent ban, and loss of access without refund.
8) Time-limited profiles & deletion
Traveler profiles are designed to be temporary:
- Active up to J+38 after arrival
- On J+39, the profile and personal data are automatically deleted

9) Liability
ThaiToMatch does not guarantee any contact, meeting, or outcome. Interactions and meetings happen at users’ own risk and responsibility.
ThaiToMatch is not responsible for communications or events occurring outside the Platform (including WhatsApp).
